1️⃣ What type of yoga do you teach?
All classes are rooted in Traditional Hatha Yoga, blending alignment, breath, and awareness. Each session focuses on specific themes like backbends, core, inversions, and relaxation — helping you cultivate strength, balance, and inner stillness.
2️⃣ Are the online classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our classes are open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. We offer variations for every level and give individual attention to each participant, ensuring a safe and personalized experience.
3️⃣ What if I miss a live class?
No worries — your monthly membership includes full access to recorded sessions, so you can practice anytime and anywhere at your own pace.
5️⃣ Do I need any props or equipment?
All you need is a yoga mat. For comfort, you may use a block, strap, or cushion, but everything is optional. Each class is designed to be easily adaptable based on what you have.
6️⃣ What’s the difference between Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga?
Hatha Yoga focuses on holding poses, alignment, and breath awareness, promoting stillness and mindfulness.
Vinyasa Yoga (coming soon) will introduce dynamic flow and movement with breath, perfect for building endurance and energy.
7️⃣ Will there be separate sessions for breathwork, meditation, or philosophy?
Yes! 🌬️ We’ll soon offer dedicated classes on Pranayama (Breathwork), Vinyasa Flow, and Yoga Philosophy — to deepen your understanding and experience of yoga beyond the physical postures.
8️⃣ What if I have an injury or had a recent surgery?
You can always let us know before class. We’ll provide safe alternatives and gentle modifications suited to your condition. Our sessions are designed with care — ensuring everyone, including those recovering from injuries or surgeries, can practice safely and mindfully.
